Kate, Duchess of Cambridge's 30th Birthday

For most people turning 30 (I am not too far away myself) isn't something to look forward to. The Duchess of Cambridge will be celebrating hers tomorrow and as my pictures show she doesn't have anything to worry about. It is said that Kate is planning a private family celebration.

I think she is truly stunning and always looks elegant, she also has hair gorgeous hair that always looks as good as her outfits.

Mila Kunis for Dior

The gorgeous Mila Kunis known for her roles in Black Swan and Friends with Benefits is the latest star to be named as the new face of French fashion house Christian Dior. She will represent Diors Spring campaign for the Miss Dior handbag collection.

"I am absolutely thrilled to be working with Dior" Mila said in a statement. "The bran is iconic in so many ways. It defines fashion, elegance and sophistication."

Style Crush...Alexa Chung

Since she first appeared on our screens before becoming a major player in the world of fashion I have been in love with Alexa Chung. I have never seen her in a picture where she doesn't look amazing! She pulls off the girly, vintage rock, tailored, cute style effortlessly. She works styles to suit her tiny frame and is great at layering. I would definitely love to have all the clothes from her wardrobe!

Little Book of Fashion Favourites...Chelsea Doll Revisited

Well it's been nearly a year since I did my first post on Chelsea Doll and what a busy year it has been for them! I am a massive fan and when ever I get a chance to tell my friends about them I do, it is definitely my jewellery obsession. I can spend hours looking at all their amazing pieces.

Since my first post Chelsea doll are now stocking accessories, handbags and purses and even Barry M Cosmetics. They are still stocking funky, quirky, vintage and cute jewellery pieces at really affordable prices.

My ASOS birthday bargains

So this year like the last few I have asked for money or vouchers for my birthday so I can buy clothes. Using the money from my dad I managed to snap up two bargain pieces from ASOS clearance sale.

Vogue Fashion's Night Out 2011

Vogue Fashion's Night Out is back for it's third year and it is set to be a fantastic night. This year there are more venues and events than ever before. The event is on 08 September 2011. 

Stores taking part in the event include Topshop, Reiss, Peekaboo Vintage, Liberty, Jimmy Choo, H&M, Pandora, Tatty Devine, Twenty8Twelve, Asprey, Miu Miu, Stella McCartney, All Saints, Dune, Mulberry, Alexander McQueen, Matthew Williamson, Prada and Gap.

Some designers are even launching pieces exclusive for the event, Stella McCartney's limited edition gold chain bracelet will be available exclusively in the Bruton Street store. Also lots are running fantastic competitions. Diane von Furstenberg is running a competition where one lucky person could win a £500 DVF wardrobe.

Celebrities taking part in the events include Gwyneth Paltrow and model Edie Campbell.

Also if like me you are unable to attend (I am so sad I can't go) you can 'attend' from the comfort of your own home as some of the events will be screened online.

Sister Vintage

As I have said before I adore vintage clothing and love discovering boutiques online. I have just come across one called Sister Vintage and I had to share it with you. This has definitely been favorited to visit again for me!

Sister Vintage was formed in 2011 and located in Edinburgh. They provide gorgeous vintage pieces at fantastic prices! They are selling a great mixture of clothing and accessories.

100 years of fashion

Westfield Stratford City have created a video showing 100 years of east London in 100 seconds (well just over but whose counting!). It was made in the build up to the centres opening on 13 September 2011.

The video has well over 1 million views and has been a big hit on twitter amongst fashionistas.

Sex and the City

I am a huge fan of Sex and the City, my favourite character is Carrie although all the girls are amazing! One of the things I love most about the series is how their sense of style and clothing evolves. I would love to have Carrie's wardrobe, I enjoy her outfits as they are either quirky or cute. Carrie pulls off the ballerina outfit perfectly.

I don't think there is one outfit I haven't liked but these five outfits worn by Carrie throughout the series and two films really stick in my mind and are definite favourites.

I really hope that the rumours of a third film are true.
